What You Need:
- 1 cup long grain rice
- 1/3 cup shredded wheat
- 2 cups water
- Black pepper
- Nutmeg
- Salt
- Cinnamon
- Turmeric
Directions:
- Presoak rice in warm water for 30 minutes
- Toast shredded wheat in pan
- Add water
- Add rice
- Add spices to taste
- Cook under medium heat until water evaportates
- Serve with chicken or lamb
