Rent Collection-

    We will automatically collect funds from renters for both rent and utilities if needed.

Maintenance-

    We have one permanent maintenance staff member who will find additional help if necessary to complete any service(s).  We at Worrifree have a 24/7 maintenance report line for customers to call.

Advertising-

    Worrifree will automatically advertise any properties that may become vacant during the time that any real estate owner is with the company.

Contract Preparation-

    Worrifree will draft a leasing agreement compliant to the real-estate owners needs and specifications.  This will speed up the leasing process and alleviate any questions in the leasing terms.
