How it works
-Once approved your project will be assigned to a development team as part of a curricular or extra-curricular community-based learning initiative.
- You will be able to track the progress of your project and interact with the developers to ensure that your software will meet your requirements.
- Included in the completed project will be the software’s manual to ensure you the user will be able to make the most of your product.
- Any maintenance, repair or upgrades to any software product must be resubmitted as a separate project.
As this is a student driven process the duration of the build will depend on student availability, match to student skillsets and the complexity of your requirements. We encourage that you may want to employ the services of a registered software developer if your needs are immediate or critical.
TIPS:
Our students will need to fully understand what needs to be built so it is important to be clear as to your requirements. You will need to outline the purpose of the software and necessary features.
