The Urban Renaissance Center, Inc. is a faith-based nonprofit organization established in 2009 by Flint’s Joy Tabernacle Church as a separate entity from the traditional church ministry. The URC administers programs specifically to the underserved Civic Park neighborhood and surrounding community.
