FIRST POOT DEBATE:  JURY BALLOTS

 

As a jurist, you must listen to the debate as a neutral observer (if possible).  As the debate progresses, make notes as to argumentation.  Who is zapping who?  The end result is to determine the winner of the debate.  This might not be an easy feat.
