Hello again dear friends,
I believe that ms. carson deserves to win, though not as much money as she is asking for...just as much as she lost in her troubles, I dont believe she lost, what was it, o like 5.5 million dollars. if she had that much money I dont believe money would be a problem for her. That is my take...Great to speak to you all again!

I agree with Mr. Heidegger. She should get what she needs, not more.

I agree with Mr. Heidegger. Ms. Carson should get back what she lost, not five million dollars.

I too agree with Mr. Heidegger about refunding Ms. Carson for the money she lost moving her sister, and I think we should take caution, and make sure that we find out exactly how much she lost.

Although I am very sorry for Mrs. Carson's loss, the bottom line is that Southwest General broke no laws. In fact, they followed the laws of their state in giving Mrs. Carson ten days to find someone to take over her sister's care. Being in the medical profession, myself, I would have liked to have heard more testimony as to Mrs. Stark's actual condition, But, the hospital apparently felt that she was terminal and that her condition was futile and so I will assume that she was. All this aside, I firmly believe that the Texas Law needs to be changed. In particular, giving families ten days to find another care provider is simply not enough time. I would urge Mrs. Carson and others to keep fighting against the law.
Before I leave I would just like to say to the many people that I have been conversing with over the past few weeks - Mr. Heidegger, Baroness Warnock, and Dr. Freud, to name a few - thank you for the wonderful and thought provoking conversations. To the hosts here at the Alhambra, I thank you for inviting me. It's been an honor and a pleasure.

Well,
I used to side with Jill, but then I found out about the picture and posted it as evidence. As I talked with Dr. Wolfson personally, he asked me " what if it was my beloved brother (Andre) who was taken off of life support?" It got me thinking and I guess the right decision was mede afterall (through all the politics and such!).
