Be sure to get the proper size skate. A skate that is too large or too small will hinder the improvement of the student in the class and can cause bad habits to form. Typically, a skate is larger, meaning that the skate size is smaller than the shoe size of the person. Also, it is important to note that skates are never sharpened after purchasing them unless the customer has them sharpened upon purchasing the skates. Please make sure your or your childs skates are sharpened!
