Forward edges on a circle: outside and inside as well as both directions
Forward crossovers: both directions
Backward one-foot glides: right and left
bacwards snowplow stop: right or left
Forward pivot: one direction only
The elements in Adult 3 include:
Backward edges on a circle, ouside and inside as well as both directions
Backward crossovers: both directions
Inside mohawk: right forward inside edge to left backwards inside edge and left forward inside edge to right backward inside edge
Basic forward ouside and inside consecutive edges: 4 to 6 in a row
Forward progressive: both directions
two-foot swizzle, progressive, chasse, two-foot side lunge on a small circle
Beginning two-foot spin
The elements in Adult 4 include:
Forward three-turns, outside and inside as well as right and left
Perimeter stroking with crossovers end patterns
Forward outside to inside change of edge sequence in a figure eight pattern
Alternationg backward crossovers with two-foot transistions in between
Three to five forward crossovers, inside mohawk, three to five backward crossovers, step to forward inside edge and repeat: both directions
Power three-turns: one direction only
Backwards chasses on a circle: both directions
Forward pivot: one direction only
